These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online store operated by THE SLOPOKE (hereinafter: “the Seller”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order on our website, the customer (“you”, “the Buyer”) agrees to these Terms.

All products listed in the online store are described as accurately as possible. Stock availability is updated regularly, but errors may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund.

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
The Seller reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price valid at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Once shipped, the Buyer receives a tracking number if available.
All parcels are insured through the courier company.

6. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted for sealed, unopened, and undamaged products.
Products such as TCG booster packs, booster boxes, or any other sealed collectibles must remain completely unopened.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to their nature and value sensitivity.

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, the Buyer is protected by the courier’s insurance.
To successfully process a damage claim, the Buyer must:

Record a video while opening the package, showing:

the unopened parcel

the unboxing process

the damage discovered

Photograph all visible damage on:

the outer package
-
the inner packaging
-
the damaged product
-
This evidence is required for the courier company’s insurance process.
If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or external factors outside our control (weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, etc.).
9. Personal Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and used solely for order processing, delivery, and legal obligations. A separate Privacy Policy is available on our website.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies.
